SHOWCASE

View the highlights of the most innovative event executed by us in the past few months.

Being a Marketing and Events Agency, the COVID-19 pandemic and the consequential lockdown posed serious challenges for us to transition from physical events to virtual. However, we, at Redefine Marcom, recently executed one of our biggest events of the year—the virtual edition of the Micro Focus Technology Horoscope 2021 powered by IDC on December 11, 2020.

The conference with the theme ‘DX: Quantum Leap’ revealed IDC Futurescape predictions along with its India implications. The event saw over 20 eminent speakers, information-packed keynotes, invigorating breakout sessions, ‘Women in Technology’ session, along with exciting quizzes and polls.

The topics of discussion varied from ‘DX: Quantum Leap, Act Now for the Future’, ‘Resiliency for the Future Enterprise’, ‘Succeeding in the Digital Economy’, DX Adaptation & Acceleration in India’, along with a special session on ‘Mentoring the Next Generation of Women Leaders’.

The virtual event was a huge success with over 1,800 remote attendees.

For the event, we created an online 3D platform that mimicked a real-life lobby, and included beautiful auditoriums with stunning virtual stages, breakout session meeting rooms, Networking Zone, and a highly interactive Innovation Zone.

The guests were greeted by a virtual host and a ‘Welcome Theme Video’ as they visited the lobby where the ‘Main Desk’ guided them on the agenda of the virtual event. At the click of a button, the attendees could access slideshows, audios, videos, live chats, listen to and replay the keynote tracks, speaker’s notes, and panel discussions.

We also created innovative Booths where attendees could communicate with Booth Representatives directly through one-on-one chats.

There were in all 5 breakout sessions on Hybrid IT, Cyber Resilience, Enterprise DevOps, Predictive Analytics + IM&G + AMC, and Public Sector & Smart Cities. Each zone further consisted of various keynotes, quizzes, and Q and A sessions where guests could get information directly from the speaker.

Step in the Resource Centre, a centralized storehouse, where one could download and save all of their virtual content. Last, but not the least at the end of the event, all attendees were invited to take an Event Survey and share their feedback on their experience.

The virtual event was a huge success and appreciated by the client and delegates for its design adoption and seamless execution.
