Let’s Engage Again!

The New Year brings new hope and renewed confidence for businesses to resume operations as in the pre-pandemic era. With the launch of the COVID-19 vaccines across the country and the reforms and opportunities presented by the Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman in the Union Budget 2021-22—there is an air of optimism and promise for the growth of the Indian economy.

With distributed workforce and automation, the pandemic propelled the acceleration in digital transformation of organizations across industries. At Redefine Marcom, we have been successful at demonstrating true resilience and agility through the lockdown phase. The onus goes to our DIGICOM, VIRTUAL EVENTS, and WEBINAR verticals that were well prepared to shift from physical to virtual events, meetings, and provide digital engagement to all our clients. In the past few months, we also engaged in several lead generation activities and acquired annual contracts for the year 2021.

There is no doubt that Information Technology played a pivotal role in accomplishing and enduring the challenges that the pandemic brought with it. With this in mind, we have taken an initiative to build a community of CIOs and CISOs, who can provide us with actionable insights and a comprehensive knowledge-base to maneuver successfully in the ‘New Normal’.

While we embraced the hybrid workplace model to ensure the safety and security of our team so work continues without any disruptions, we are now gearing up to create exciting experiences for our clients in the near future with ‘Safe Events’. Our ‘Let’s Engage Again’ campaign on social media aims to help in the transition from virtual to real, and to create a positive and productive return to pre-pandemic practices. We are working towards building long-term, strategic, and durable execution across the organization by employing rehabilitative measures, use learnings and emergent patterns from prior phases to ‘reset’ for a new reality.
