Equipped with an experience of over 4 years, Sonia joined Redefine in 2016 and since then, there has been no looking back. She has shaped the work ethos and values at Redefine with her firm determination and dedication. She was pivotal in streamlining the hiring process and tying up all the loose ends. “When I joined Redefine, I confronted many challenges but constant motivation from the Directors and unwavering support of the colleagues saw me through. Directors were patient and gave me the space to evolve and learn relevant skills”.

She strongly believes in work ethics and integrity and even though coordination with different departments and recruitments sometimes present their own set of challenges, armed with indomitable spirit she maneuvers dexterously through all.
