It’s my first job at Redefine and in the past ten months here, I’ve learnt a lot. Each day has been a new experience for me and I have improved my IT and communication skills tremendously. After being at redefine, two of the most important things that I’ve learnt are punctuality and communicating with people at higher designations. Working on projects like Microfocus, SAP B1 Vijaywada and SAP HR Webinars has provided me with immense opportunities to grow personally and professionally. My colleagues have been really cooperative and I would especially like to acknowledge the support of Rachna and Jijo. Redefine has transformed me as a person and I hope that I’ll continue to grow and bloom here.

I joined Redefine 1.5 years ago as a fresher and since then, Redefine has been instrumental in honing my data base management and event profiling skills. From learning to handle events to managing events team, my learning graph has risen steeply over the months. Redefine has provided me myriad learning opportunities by entrusting me with diverse and interesting projects like Autodesk, ESRI, SAP and Flipkart. Working at Redefine has been fun. Manisha Ma’am has been encouraging, appreciative and has always provided me with the avenues to learn and grow.
