April being the first month of the financial year, often begins on a sombre note but it gives me utmost pleasure to report that April has been productive for Redefine. Like the spring in the air, we have strutted out smartly and grabbed many successes which will be revealed later.
Reflecting on the past years of Redefine, it’s particularly gratifying to state that our key accomplishment is our core team of Redefiners who have, on an average, stayed with us for five years. Redefine has always been an amazing assortment of resolute, reliable and principled people who have the passion of working hard as a team.
Starting with a few members, we are now a superlative team of over 80 employees who are exceptionally talented and committed to their work. However, we are of the opinion that the number of 80+ is just a milestone that we have achieved, going forward, we intend to achieve several more by providing a platform to those capable people who have got the zeal of achieving something excellent in life.
