Senior Conversation Specialist
Two years back, when I joined I was confused about what my role at Redefine would entail but my colleagues, seniors and the manager guided me through. The synergy of their combined efforts and constant motivation has transformed me from a naïve individual to a more professionally matured person. After changing my profile from lead generation to events, I have become more adept in tackling customers and have sharpened my presentation and conversation skills. Redefine has always given me freedom to express my opinions and the space to make independent decisions. I have got limitless opportunities to learn and a chance to work on exciting projects like F-Secure, Crisil, Avaya and Tata. At Redefine, it’s a new experience every day and in the years to follow, I want to grow to be a Manager here.

I joined Redefine nine months back and since then, I have seen a drastic improvement in my MS Office, communication and marketing skills. Redefine has a vibrant ambience and there is a rare yet electrifying energy in everyone here. I have worked on projects like SAP, Flipkart, Micro Focus, SMBConnect and Tata and every project has honed my talent, transforming my persona. Manisha ma’am has always inspired and encouraged me to grow and to widen my horizons. Going forward, I aspire to be a Senior Team Leader at Redefine, improve my knowledge and develop new capabilities.
