We are seeking a dynamic Sponsorship Sales Manager to lead brand partnerships, sponsorship acquisition, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build a sponsor database, secure partnerships, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead ideation, develop strategies, and collaborate with the creative team for brand awareness.
  • Conduct sponsor meetings, prepare quality reports, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Manage and approve creative assets, oversee sponsorship deliverables, and track performance.
  • Analyze financial performance and adjust strategies to meet revenue goals
  • Mentor team members, foster innovation, and ensure quality execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in sponsorship sales, B2B partnerships, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic execution skills.
  • Experience in brand activation, financial performance tracking, and digital marketing.
