Locked-down and Out? Digital Marketing to The Rescue!
If there was ever a doubt about the need for digital transformation ensuring longevity of businesses,
the Covid19 pandemic has erased it. And how do you cope with a state of complete physical lockdown
as a corporate events and marketing company? Simple, go virtual.
From simple emails to the all-engulfing social media universe, India has embraced the internet with open arms, with a digital population of over 680 million active users. As of 2020, India has the highest number of Facebook users across the globe with close to 300 million users, and the highest number of WhatsApp
and TikTok mobile app downloads in the world. However, it is not just social networking apps- video sharing platforms such as YouTube became highly popular during the IPL with matches streaming at over two billion views per day. T-Series, the Indian music house is the highest followed account on YouTube till date. With data packets getting cheaper, more and more Indians have adopted a digital lifestyle. |

Considering all the above, we recognized that purely physical processes are obvious targets for change and our team across all platforms worked diligently to instead adopt a digital route that resulted in exceptional experiences.

Fortunately, our digital marketing vertical DIGICOM was developed much before the pandemic. However, at the onset of Covid19 and the subsequent lockdown, we at Redefine swiftly moved to build our capability in digital engagement, invested in webinar portals, and built a virtual event platform. Since the start of April and until August, we helped several organizations connect with their prospects through Webinars, ePanel Discussions and Virtual Events. |

We organized over 100 webinars engaging over 10,000 audiences for our clients. Not only that, we organized Micro Focus’s first-ever global virtual event with over 20 speakers and nearly 2,000 attendees. |
