A very happy New Year to you all! I hope this New Year ushers in new ideas, new accomplishments and new hopes in your life. Now that we are a few days into the new year, it is important to look ahead, think about what this year may bring us and to devise strategies that can help us achieve everything that we are targeting. But first, a quick look back!
Redefine accomplished many things in 2018 and we hope 2019 will be even better. During the past year, we made tremendous strides in building our Bengaluru and Mumbai teams. We also took a decisive step to strengthen our DemandCOM team in order to meet enhanced demand and clients’ expectations. Equipping ourselves with latest technological advancements such as HRM and automated registration portal was another significant achievement. Successful launch of the maiden Advaita- Women Entrepreneur Awards in Rajasthan in October also added another feather to our cap.
Finally, it was a fabulous end to 2018 with our annual trip- Rendezvous to Jim Corbett National Park. The underlying premise of the trip was ‘Cruising to Perfect 10’ as a prelude to our 10th anniversary this year. The joy of Redefiners knew no bounds with a host of funny awards, team building activities, bonfire, annual awards and DJ night planned for them. But, the most crucial part of the offsite was the session wherein I articulated Redefine’s vision for 2019 as we hit the 10th year milestone this year. Delivering quality, expanding our client base, embracing technological tools such as dialer, CRM, project management system, Redefine app, and training and skill enhancement of employees, especially the DemandCom team, would be our prime focus in 2019. We also have a clear vision to provide a renewed fillip to SMBConnect with Excellerate Entrepreneur Awards and Advaita-Women Entrepreneurs Awards being planned in different states of India.
Our biggest strength for all these years has been the trust that our clients and employees place in us. I would like to thank you all for your significant support and dedication. The year ahead will brings its own challenges but I am confident that by working together and by focussing on our priorities, we will realise our ambitions.

Flipkart Flipstar Awards, Delhi |
It was a star-studded evening at Flipkart Flipstar awards with celebrities like Manish Paul, Vishal, Shekhar and Terrance Lewis enthralling the audience of around 1800 people with their dazzling performances. Flipkart organised Flipstar awards to honour and recognise sellers who did a commendable job at Big Billion Days Sale and rewarded top 100 sellers with exciting international trips.
Redefine was immensely lauded by Flipkart for impeccable execution of the event, flawless coordination and communication, and stunning and thematic event set-up. |

Redefine Rendezvous 2018, Jim Corbett National Park |
It was a perfect ending to 2018 for Redefiners with an official trip to Jim Corbett National Park. Two days of the offsite had a lot of insights, perspectives, memories and experiences in store for them. Sandipan laid down the roadmap for 2019 on the evening of Day 1 and the night saw the teams singing to the tune of Redefine anthem, crafting their own sudden stories, and being amused by funny and celebrity awards, while warming themselves up near the bonfire on a chilly night.
Day 2 began with the teams competing shrewdly in team building activities like mind field, perfect square with a rope, tent-making, move with the bricks and human machine and ended on an nostalgic note with Redefiners being bestowed with annual awards and dancing their hearts off at the DJ night. |

Of all the good decisions I’ve taken in my life, the one to work at Redefine is probably the best. In my 2.5 years of work experience at India Infoline Finance Ltd and Club Mahindra, I’ve never come across such an amazing assortment of people, learnings and growth opportunities. I am responsible for handling lead generation for clients and the amount of skills and learnings that I have gained in the 7 months that I have spent at Redefine are truly incredible. In the days to come, I intend to raise the bar and deliver beyond my best with the support of my great colleagues and manager. |

We are absolutely delighted to introduce and welcome Deepak to our Redefine family!
Deepak has joined us a SEO & Digital Marketing Associate at our Delhi office and has to his command over 2.5 years of experience in marketing and digital communications. Working with companies like Collegedunia and Export Genius, he has become adept in improving Google search rankings, SEO and SMO. At Redefine, he will be responsible for boosting traffic to the websites and to convert that traffic into digital leads. He will also be working on our niche projects- Advaita and Excellerate.
In an age where digital is the name of the game, we are confident that Deepak will add tremendous value to Redefine.
