It’s said ‘to soar you need to change the game and innovation is the only sure shot way of doing that’. We, at Redefine, firmly believe in this dictum and incorporate’ innovation’ at the centre of everything we do. Our latest commitment to automate the entire DemandCOM process is squarely in line with this belief.
One crucial element in the automation process that we are adopting is the end-to-end online Registration Management Portal (RMP). The portal is in beta-testing phase currently and will be full-flegedly rolled out from April onwards.
RMP seamlessly integrates all the functions in the registration lifecycle starting from enrolment of registrations to the creation of post-event attendee report within a single interface. The portal will be accessible to four stakeholders- admin, client servicing team, DemandCOM team and clients. The portal will allow the Admin to assign events to the members of DemandCOM team based on their existing tasks.
On successfully registering for an event through the registration link received in the invite, the registrants will receive an automated SMS embedded with QR code. The QR code will facilitate hassle-free check-in at the event. For registration confirmation, the DemandCOM team will send an OTP through the portal to the registrant. This step will be instrumental in weeding out even the bare minimum possibilities of fake confirmations.
We have got the RMP engineered in a manner that allows our clients to access the dashboard through login ID and password. They can check the number of registrations on a real-time basis and review the attendee profile therein. They will be able to accept, decline or put on hold any registrant based on their event-specific .

IDC & Micro Focus Technology Horoscope 2019, Bangalore

We organised an exclusive and unique event -Technology Horoscope 2019 for Micro Focus and IDC based on the theme ‘Aiming For Agility, Security, and Innovation In Digital Transformation’. The event articulated the technology roadmap for 2019 for the IT world and was attended by more than 150 IT luminaries. We received tremendous appreciation from the client for bringing in best audience, providing excellent logistical support and for immaculate end-to-end planning and execution.


Tata Do Big Event Series

We were instrumental in planning and organizing a series of events in Ludhiana, Pune, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Chennai & Mumbai throughout January for Tata Do Big Forum. The events were organized to extend know-how about TATA Smart Solutions to CxOs and IT managers of leading organizations.


Avaya Cluster Meet, Dhaka

Premised on the theme of ‘Communication: The Heart of Transformation’, Avaya Cluster Meet was a two-day event held in Bangladesh. It sought to create awareness about conferencing and Avaya’s customized offerings that drive productivity, efficiency, mobility & reduce costs.


Commvault CIO Meet, Pune
A power-packed day to boost the sales momentum. The conference was attended by the top-notch leadership of more than 50 Commvault partner companies and we were lauded by the client for flawless coordination and execution of the event.

Learning Curve

I have spent four fabulous months at Redefine and I’m glad I joined this organisation. I got the first-hand corporate exposure here in my past 2.5 years of work experience and I have never ceased to let go of even a single out of the infinite learning opportunities that I got here.  I am immensely grateful to my manager and my colleagues for motivating and pushing me forward when I struggled to get the numbers and when the going seemed tough in my initial days. It was a massive switch that I made when I decided to shift from the automobiles to event marketing industry for joining Redefine in September last year. And the shift was not without its fair share of challenges. There were a lot of market-specific skills and knowledge that needed to be gained in order to thrive in the job role that I had chosen.
