We are staring at the last quarter of 2018. The past three quarters have been splendid for Redefine both in terms of projects executed and the team built. We hope to sustain the momentum gained in the fourth quarter too.

September had a lot in store for us coupled with tremendous learnings and pragmatic insights. Entrusted with the enormous task of executing 45 events in a single month, the efforts put in by the Redefine team are commendable. We saw ourselves pushing beyond our conventional zones, putting in extra hours and working through the nights to deliver exceptional client experience. It helped us recognise the immense talent that Redefine has at its command and the capabilities we harbour. It enabled us to understand our strengths and weaknesses, both of which will be of great value to us as we undertake business expansion in the coming months.

Amid the hustle and bustle of events in September, we also got on board a new client which certainly added a new feather to our cap.
Being on the trajectory that is set to grow manifolds in the near future, we are expanding our Bangalore team rapidly. We are also putting in place mechanisms, resources and technological systems that will aid us in the growth process and in serving our clients better.

We expect October to be more thrilling. Advaita- women entrepreneur awards, flagship initiative of SMBConnect in association with FORTI, is scheduled to be held on 25th October in Jaipur. As a prelude to the event, we have organised several press conferences and roped in eminent partners to assist us in our unique endeavour. The extensive public response and media coverage that we have received has filled us with renewed enthusiasm.

Harping on the theme- the warriors of digital storm, Redefine organised Value Boot Camp for HPE & Tech Data on 22nd & 23rd September. The 2-day event boasted of enthralling sessions by HPE experts, live demos and rapid fire conversations creating unrivalled experience for the participants. The client lauded us for smooth execution and befitting adaption of the theme in all the collaterals of the event.
ESRI User Conference 2018 - Kolkata, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR
Standing true to our and the client’s expectations, we carried out a commendable execution of the Esri UC 2018 in three cities. The UC, based on the theme GIS- inspiring what’s next, saw the participation of around 3000 delegates from across India. Thought provoking keynotes, technology expositions and demos made the UC an engaging and intriguing experience for the attendees.
Learning Curve
“Redefine has reshaped me!” exclaims Puneet. Starting his journey with Redefine in 2017 as a fresher, Puneet credits Redefine for honing his communication skills and boosting his confidence. “At Redefine, I have learnt to execute multiple projects simultaneously and to take ownership of everything that I do. People here are filled with incredible energy. The synergy that permeates Redefine has instilled work ethics and team building skills in me.” In the past one year, he has worked on data profiling and calling for clients like Tata, SAP and Avaya and his learning curve has been beyond steep. He appreciates his colleagues and team leads for their encouragement and unfading support that has helped him bloom and excel at his work. Going forward, he aspires to emulate his learnings in every project that he takes up to deliver his best at Redefine.
