As we gear up to bid farewell to 2018, I thought the time is ripe to reflect on our achievements and learnings from this year and our strategies for the forthcoming year.
We, at Redefine, are immensely excited as we are, by and large, closing the year with the achievement of the target set at the beginning of the year. Nothing else is more gratifying than witnessing your plans panning out exactly the way you wanted them to be. The entire team of Redefine deserves adequate credits for making this possible. Also, I would like to appreciate the trust that our clients repose in us and thank them for having faith in our capabilities.
The month of December is also a befitting time to analyse our areas of improvement, to evaluate how the learnings from this year could be put to pragmatic use as we go forward and what things need to be done differently and innovatively in the new year.
The recognition that we are cruising in an industry which changes a mile a day and it’s hard to scale without differentiating oneself, we are all set to enhance our technological capabilities in the approaching year. We will add certain new and advanced technologies such as automated registration management system and customer relationship management system to amplify the existing strengths of our DemandCom team and to augment the capabilities of our client servicing and business development teams to enable them to serve our clients better and with unparalleled expertise.
The new year holds new promises, new hopes, new inspirations, new challenges, new expectations and new learnings for all of us at Redefine. With an unambiguous vision of the future, an incredible mix of talent and energy and undying commitment and passion, we are all set to embrace the new year, what is needed is your continued support and trust and I hope that our bond will grow more intense and strong in this new year.

Blue Prism launched its annual event Pulse in India with a bang. The event, held in Bengaluru, was designed to bring customers together to share ideas, network, and learn from one another. With the presence of more than 200 delegates, 45 partners and Blue Prism leadership team, the energy at the event was mesmerising and exhilarating. We received tremendous compliments from the client for a unique set-up, timely communication and perfect execution of the event. |

BT Badminton Tournament Delhi |
Two days of sheer fun, frolic and sportsmanship- that’s how Badminton tournament organised by BT for its CDH team looked like. Planned as an employee engagement activity, the tournament saw the participation of more than 150 BT employees who played badminton singles, quarters, semi-finals and finals. The client appreciated us for flawless execution of the tournament on all the two days. |

Switching from hospitality to marketing communications sector was not as easy as it seemed to me. But, Redefine made it a smooth sail for me. After I joined the company in June this year, I slowly and steadily learnt data profiling and the nitty-gritties of interacting with clients. The new opportunities I got, the challenges I faced and the confidence I gained by working with clients like Tata and SAP- all metamorphosed me into an individual with incredible skills and passion. I am immensely proud to be selected to work on the early phases of CRM that will be implemented in Redefine from the beginning of 2019. These achievements, even though not big, are substantial to me and I can soulfully thank my manager, my team lead and my colleagues for these. The undying energy and resoluteness of my colleagues inspires me to push myself beyond self-imposed boundaries each day and in the days to come, I certainly want to have all their phenomenal attributes if not their designations. |

Dilip has re-joined us as a Business Manager at our Delhi office and is equipped with over 6 years of cumulative experience in the events industry. Having worked with corporate giants like Genie Infotainment, People Matters Media Pvt Ltd, Grant Thornton Advisory Pvt Ltd and Redefine Marcom itself, he has acquired a knack in executing BTL activation, MICE and other corporate events impeccably.
