Q - How was your experience being a partner in this season of Northern India Polo Championship’17?

A - It was a very good experience, the way the entire thing was organized and conducted was very impressive and I really appreciate the eye for detailing that Redefine had on every essential thing and their team work was worth appreciating. The match also turned out to be really interesting and it was good to see the audience thoroughly enjoying. By and large, I would say we are quite happy with how this season turned out to be.



Q - BT has participated for the second time in Polo, what convinced you to partner with Redefine again?

A - Polo itself is a fantastic platform for customers to come and spend time with us, do some networking which gives us an opportunity to build stronger bond with them. The way it was conducted last time made us happy, our customers were treated well and we had spent quality time with them, this motivated us to partner with Redefine and invest in Polo yet again.



Q - How do you think such events impact your customers/clients?

A - Like I said before, it is a very good medium to open a personal dialogue and go beyond the surface level conversations with our customers, which has a positive impact on them, helping us earn their loyalty.
